NTB-National Tire & Battery

When, on return from vacation, our car had a flat tire, the NTB staff (particularly Dylan and Johnny) were friendly and efficient. Their quick service got us on the road again quickly, and we appreciated their rescue.

Chris (branch manager) was very open and honest about repairs. He was quick and accurate with an estimate and repairs. I did have to bring vehicle back but it was simple due to the steering wheel was not level which happens when getting a front end alignment.

The price was fair and I didn't have to wait too long. I was happy with the result and will come back for my next oil change.

I don't usually take surveys but the people at this store have been so helpful and friendly both times I've had to bring my cars here that I just had to tell you.

Everything went smoothly and all staff was very friendly. If there was an option to tip them I would have. They are running at high capacity and looks like they could use a front desk employee. The gentlemen working it was great but I’m sure they were overwhelmed.

The store was brand new and felt very clean. The staff was super friendly and they were fairly quick to get me in.

No glitches, errors, product pushes for unnecessary products. Cheerful, honest, professional service writer, unlike the one I encountered at your south Winchester location several years ago during a vehicle inspection.

Same day service and had excellent product availability. While there had air filter changed and tires replaced. Up front estimate for available products had other businesses beat by $250.
