Mngr Paul Feaster was extremely knowledgable in helping with everything since I needed tires and an oil change and 1 wiper blade. I had 1 side of the wiper fluid that wasnt squirting when you you tried to clean the windshield. He was kind enough to take the piece off and unclog it and now it works again. Now that's above kind and going out of your way I didn't even ask him to do that. Kindness goes a long way in my book. You'll have my business for a long time as long as you keep employees like Paul.

Came in with a tire repair that another vendor would not repair and said I needed a replacement. The nail was small and near the last channel of tread (only 1/4 inch away towards the side wall. Went to NTB for another opinion, they said it was completely repairable and took care of me that night before closing. My tires have 39K miles and I would have had to replace all 4, they saved me a huge expense I was not ready for. When I am ready for new tires, I will be back.
