Everyone was so nice, caring and friendly, consistent. They was very nice to my dog Tyson whom had to be on heavy medication for pneumonia and watched carefully. I will go back.

We are a reoccurring customer of NTB. I have noticed in my recent visit that the wait time was shorter, and the additional staff has made a real positive impact. Not going to lie but in the past It would usually take forever to get our car serviced. I am glad to see these changes happening. Thank you

The price for an oil change was outstanding. Also, the personnel were very friendly.

Overall the process was very easygoing, no issues. Pricing was right where I expected it, was happy to get a tire rotation with a tire patch. One tire was overfilled but not an issue. I do need to check if the rotation occurred though

I enjoy simple transactions and people who know what they are doing. I know what I am in the shop for and I would imagine most people also do, and I don't get a lot of "salesman" treatment which is good because I don't want that.
