NTB-National Tire & Battery

I took my son in for his tires and asked about brakes for my car. Shawn was so very helpful in explaining the extra part I needed for my car. Chris worked out a good deal for me. My son and I agreed that NTB is now our only place to go for all our vehicle services!

Sales representative were extremely polite.... The service for my car was prompt. While they were changing the oil in my car they did a run down check of my whole car to let me know what needs to be done to my vehicle in the future....

When called said they would work me in and done in timely manner very pleasant.

Called on 3/8 and described issue. Explained daughter was expecting and due any day. Ed offered to take me on 3/8. Conflicting appointments did not permit same day service. Arrived as scheduled on 3/8 @ 3:30. Waited approximately 5 minutes while associate finished with another customer. My vehicle was taken in and within 30 minutes the associates was finished. This associate recognized a chronic dealer issue of failing to reset the tire pressure calibration when tripped during service. When I asked what the charges would be the associate stated there would be NO CHARGE. This professionalism of Ed and the associate was above and beyond as compared to the dealership. I will now continue to bring our vehicles and highly recommend this franchise to anyone.
