I was working near the NTB and found out they do alignments. They were able to do F350 crew cab dually. Found out a ball joint was bad, they were able to get parts and repair then align while I was working near by. Truck drives straight now and steering feels better. Great job.

Front costumer service rep. & mechanic both came out to talk to discuss the condition of my tires and explained to me what would be my best interest. Very professional & friendly was very satisfied & happy with the results.
