Visited the newest location in Winchester. Recognized employees from the Pleasant Valley location in Winchester. The impeccable service has definitely carried over to the newer location. Check in was great. Chris listened attentively to my concerns. After checking vehicle, explained to me my options and what the recommendations were. Best of all, my tires were in stock. The interior of location is really nice, clean and new. Shawn kept me updated on progress of tire installation. handled my check out and displayed appreciation for my business. Every time I have my car serviced at this location, I leave satisfied with the whole experience. The guys there talk to me like a friend while still being very professional. I always feel welcomed. The service is always done in a timely manner. I will definitely keep going to this NTB for my car needs. If only they could INSPECT cars, this would be a one stop shop but overall I enjoy this location and highly recommend.
