They made it feel like I have been coming there for years... Everybody was friendly, they were accommodating, very apologetic when it took much longer than expected, my appointment was for 9am. I didn't get home till after 1pm. And I live 15 minutes away lol. But it was fine it didn't inconvenience me in any way. And what I'm really impressed me was I believe his name was Chris... Came to inform me about my faulty Ford lug nuts. I wasn't able to have them all changed out the last time I had an oil change and I had completely forgotten about it. If it wasn't for him I would not have had them done and if I had gotten a flat I wouldn't have been able to change the tire on my own so major kudos to him lol. Yes unfortunately it wasn't extra expense I was not expecting... But it was something that I needed to have done and I would not have remembered to ask about it. So it was very much appreciated.

I was happy with the way everything went. The tires were not available the first day then I had to order them and they set up a time the next day after work. I went there and they were very busy but it took about and hour and a half to get my two tires changed. I did not love having to get new tires after only 16,000 miles but everyone was nice about it. And I was not thinking I should need them and that expense but it happened and everyone was very professional and polite.
