Derrick was very professional, unlike the female who I've encountered before. He explained the process instead of being short, like she was. I highly recommend that he is promoted, because good customer service is hard to find in the automotive industry.

I'd had previous problems with tire pressure lite coming on in last several months for tires I'd had replaced last year. They delved into why it was happening & discovered the tire sensors on those 2 new tires had lost viability & needed replaced. I appreciated their thoroughness & ability to fix it immediately, even though I didn't have an appointment & thought I'd just be asking for air to be put in the tire. Since I'd be pulling a trailer in a few days, I really was anxious to get it fixed.

The staff member who checked me in was very busy, but he was VERY friendly and VERY helpful.

Derick Maxwell was not only communicative with everyone regarding their vehicles, he meant it when he said he wanted all of them happy. While I was there, the computer software was making things difficult, but Derick was able to juggle the many customers calling and coming in the door like a true professional.
