Big O Tires

I have been working with this specific BIG-O location both personally & professionally for several years now. I have used their services for my company & personal vehicles. Josh has been my primary contact for BIG-O & he has always been very helpful. He is transparent & honest, alongside the other wonderful staff. I have never been dissatisfied with the work I have received at this location. I will continue to recommend this BIG-O & will be returning for all of my vehicle needs.

It was clear the cost and when I could get my car

They took my car without appointment and communicated with me pricing and when the car would be ready. No problems.

Over all a great experience. Easy to set up a visit same day. Staff was prompt helpful and friendly from the moment I arrived. Superb service I feel in every way. They seemed to be very thorough also inspecting my vehicle and informing me of any issues besides just what I was paying for. That is greatly appreciated! If I'm ever back in Chico I will definitely be sure to come back and use your services again! Very affordable and reasonable pricing for the value. Thank you Jacob who checked me in. The staff was friendly and did what I asked and the oil change was on sale so that was amazing!

I didn’t have any problems during my visit, everyone at BigO has been friendly when I’ve gotten work done on my car at the Chico location. I do actually talk to coworkers about where I go and recommend BigO, which I can’t say about a lot of services I pay for. I was able to drop my car off before work and pick it up after, which is great because I have a crazy busy work schedule, so it makes getting any sort of service for my car way more accessible.

They were able to get me in immediately and the price of the tires was the best I could find. I have been to Big O to purchase my tires every time and will go back in the future as well.

Fixed my tire for free in 10 minutes.
