Food took too long to come out

Potatoes were burnt and I paid for cheese and it was 3 shreds of cheese?!??!!

While I was getting my order taken, the person over the intercom was also talking to a fellow employee. I felt it was very unprofessional. they gave me the wrong order, I had to get out of car and go in restaurant to get correct order after waiting almost ten minutes in drive thru.

They were rude and messed up my order 2 times. They were super slow and I was very unhappy
