The staff are very friendly and informative. It's nice to come into a store and be greeted by your first name, and also ask about family members. I have 90 year old mother who has been in the store and Curtis always asks after her.

My grandson and I love going in to our Kamloops store. Kurtis is so friendly, kind and knowledgeable. He can answer everything about our birds and help with questions we might have. The store is lovely and inviting, always like to look around.

I've purchased my bird seed from Wild Birds Unlimited for a number of years (previously the Edmonton store) and have always been happy with the quality of the products. The lady working in the store was friendly and gave tips on where to spot Mountain Blue Birds. I can't wait to check out the location she mentioned!

Curtis is always helpful. He is a good listener and gives helpful advice when asked. All the staff make me feel like a valued customer no matter how little or how much I purchase.

Every time I go to the store, the product is available and if I have questions they are always well answered. Kurtis knows who I am and I rarely have to give my name at checkout. If I have bird bucks or any discounts, they are always pointed out to me and it makes my shopping experience great.

The store owner, who is the person who waited on me, is extremely knowledgeable, both about the products in his store and about birds in general. He and his staff are always welcoming and friendly and the store is such an interesting, attractive place to visit. I live 2 hours away, and purchase all my bird seed at Wild Birds Unlimited in Kamloops.

It’s my favourite place to shop! I find that I always come away with ‘something learned’. I love the variety of nutritious foods that I can offer my backyard birds. I appreciate the seasonal options as well! I’m a weekly customer !
