As always, the store was bright, clean and welcoming. The employee I dealt with was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I wanted a smaller size bag of a particular seed to see if the chipmunk who has shown up would be interested. No problem! She immediately created a smaller bag and brought it out to the front. Excellent service, from Kurtis, of course (who was not in the store this visit), but also from his employee. Heard her chatting with another customer as I was looking around and she sounded happy and cheerful, as well as knowledgeable about birds. Great job you guys!

I visited the store to renew my membership before it expired and was pleasantly surprised that I received a thank you gift for my renewal. Nice surprise!!

The owner knows what we use, and so he just has to ask how many bags I need, He always smiles, takes time to chat, asks how my husband is doing and helps taking the bags to the car. The store is tidy with interesting feeders and knickknacks. He always has time to chat, A very enjoyable time…we do not visit other stores!!!
