Big O Tires

Called to check if they had the tires I wanted in stock. They had the tires ordered from the warehouse and scheduled for install the next day. Fast service for four tires and alignment (2h). Karen was very easy to talk to and had all the paperwork in order when vehicle was ready to be picked up. Will recommend this location to others. Very pleased with service.

I have taken my car to Big O multiple times for tires and oil changes. I have always been satisfied with their excellent service and communication about what I need.

They went out of their way to send someone out to get our brand of tire, in case when we got there (after work) my flat car could not be patched. This was truly appreciated as we did need a new tire after all.

The Store Manager, Karen Gibson, made this a highly satisfying experience. Big O Tires was promoting a Cooper Tire sale, buy 3, get one free, but I learned that the specific tire I wanted would have to be ordered, resulting in a 5 day wait. We did not want to wait that long because our vehicle was on a donut spare. Karen offered an alternative tire (Uniroyal) which had comparable technical specs & she stated that it was the exact same tire that she had on her own vehicle. The only problem was that it was not on sale. She said, "let me see what I can do on the price." She waived all other ancillary expenses & gave us a complimentary alignment. The end result was that we paid just about the same price that we would have with the Copper tires + the alignment. I was very happy with her willingness to work with us. The tires & alignment were all completed in a timely fashion with no hiccups while my wife waited. This was a refreshingly pleasing experience.

THe gentleman that called me after I made my online appointment was very friendly and was able to answer all my questions. The tires I picked out online were not available, but he was able to give me a great alternative. He reassured me that they were just as good tires, if not better. And, they would end up costing less as well. The guy that checked me in when I got there was nice. It did take longer than I was quoted or expected so that was disappointing, but there was nothing I could do about it.
