Big O Tires

My son brought his car in to replace two tires, get a brake inspection and an alignment check. He did not need any of those things. I'll be sharing our great experience with Big O on Nextdoor. Few places would tell a customer, honestly, that they needed none of the services they'd asked about.

I came into this location without an appointment or even talking to anyone ahead of time they got my vehicle in and quickly. Great customer service they have earned all my business!!!

The customer service was fantastic. They got me right in and got my car done within the timeframe I told them I needed it by. They beat the competitors pricing nearby and my car is driving much better.

The associate took extra time to explain issues and options. I appreciated the detail and the patience. By taking the extra time to explain and show the issues - choosing a solution option was easy. Thank you. I could tell the tech professional was trying to get to a solution and not pushing a sale - I appreciate that, and will be back. I let my family know of my good experience too.

I called Mike and was interested in getting very expensive Michelin tires. He told me that he could get me tires that performed equally as well for $300 less. He asked me what was important and tires for me. I told him traction and quietness. He says you will get those with these tires. This man knows his job as my car drives like a dream. I am so pleased.

Straight forward pricing and service without any additional sells pressure.

Mike took very good care of both of our cars in the same day. We had 2 tires installed on one of the cars and 2 tires installed and an oil change on the other car.

I called about pricing and was given an estimate over the phone that seemed like a good price. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the new manager (Scott?) that turned out to be the person who gave me the quote. They were able to get my car on the alignment lift in short order. I was able to talk to Kyle, the technician that was performing the alignment, about my recent modifications causing the need for an alignment. He was able to answer my questions and also able to get my alignment well within the acceptable ranges. I will continue to bring my vehicles to Big O for the great prices and customer service, such as Kyle provided.
