Big O Tires

I was charged for a tire repair I never got and did not notice it on my bill until it was to late

I came in to get the drivers side front tire repaired, they worked on the passengers rear tire and broke a lug nut and did nothing to the tire. Came back in and they said they could fix it. Went to Free Service and they fixed it in 15 minutes. I bought the tires at Big O and this is the last time in will fo business with them.

If you sell me a 60k tire, do the full alignment. I expect the tires to last more than 15000 miles. And they did not and got no compensation for the lack of wear. All I got was a bunch of excuses. Don't tell folks the tires have a warranty, because Big O does not stand behind their tires!

I made a appointment for 10am and got ther 15 mins early . And didn’t leave till almost 12noon all the workers and people up front we all talking and playing on the there phones and weren’t very professionally

Someone came in 20 min after me with a flat and finished before me. $90 for an oil change on a 4 cylinder car

This was my first rotate since I purchased my tires few months ago. I asked to rotate and balance tires. I thought lifetime balance was included with tire purchase. That was what I was used to with my prior tire store (due to Covid, they couldn't get my tires in stock so I checked around and found Big O had good price, but didnt realize that price didn't include same services). I was SHOCKED when I had to pay over $50 for balancing. Ripoff. Would never have purchased tires at Big O if I knew this. Anyways, that was upsetting. also, I was told it would take appx 40 min to get tires rotated and I showed up on time for my appt. 2 hours later, I finally went to desk to ask why my car has been sitting up on the rack for an hour with my tires just laying on the ground. I thought something was wrong but nope, they just let it sit there. After I asked, the employee went into shop and the tech guys put tires on and pulled car out. What were they doing??? I'll be going back to my other tire store. Bad experience here.
