I asked that my pressure transducers be looked at as my low pressure light stays on. Before I left in truck I asked Cameron if they had been fixed and he said yes. The low pressure lights came on immediately when I left business. Had to go back and then they confirmed that I had bad sensor. They should’ve figured that out without my having to return and complain!

They used impact wrench on my "wheel lock key". Metal on that key is not made for impact.. When I complained to manager, he tried to convince me that with his 20 years of experience it's right procedure and they do it all the time. It's wrong! During rotation didn't check the air pressure and balance , or even didn't ask me if I want it? I'm sure that checking the pressure and adding air should be part of rotation procedure. May be balancing is optional but every other auto services ( except with bad reputation) always include checking the balance and especially pressure. Mechanic was rude when I asked him if he check the pressure or did balance. Manager tried to smooth the situation but overall I feel like they trying to cut corners and not following the procedure. And mechanics not properly trained. Doing it for 20 years not always means that you doing it right!

Peer check or QC the work. There is missing hardware which caused damage to the transfer case cover. Brakes squeal and shudder.

I called and was given a price for conventional oil change.which was already high compared to other service centers but I always go here so I went anyway .then was charged 7 more dollars then given price. I said I just called and he said he don't make the prices. Been going there for years . Won't be back.

Work should have been verified to be completed before my vehicle was returned to me. I had to return to get it completed the following day.

I was a grateful customer big old tire this is my third set of tires I purchased from Big O did not at one time t offer me roast assistance and warranties anything to do with service as far as billing replacement. Nothing I’m a very dissatisfied customer at this visit and will not return to big old tire, I really hate that this happened because this was a great place. I recommended it to thousands of people for this to happen is disgrace

Everything. I wrote a letter to the owners to no avail. As well as a complaint to cooperate. The front office staff is always rude, always miscommunication, no resolve for the customer, if the break a part they act like you being inconvenienced and having to return to get the part they broke fixed is a blessing and is free. Last I checked gas, and time both cost money. They never apologize, and always have an attitude Ike they are doing you a favor. It's been over a year now of being an unhappy customer and disappointed. I only ce in because they broke another part and owed me a measly oil change for breaking a part in the past and keeping car for a week because their mechanic kept leaving early or they'd say my car was ready I'd drive 45 minutes to pick it up and it would die. With children in it and ended up having to push it back into your garage. Absolutely awful service, no compensation for all the problems and frustration They do not value as a customer for over 10 years when NTB switched to Big O I stayed. Had a 10:00 appointment. Arrived at 9:30. Finally left there at 1:30 p.m. even though appointment was made. They did not have a filter for a Honda Civic and the tires were late getting there. They were also understaffed.

Be truthful, if you say you are checking brakes check them, don’t tell me they are ok when there is no brake pad left, manager admitted my brakes were never checked
