I would say highly satisfied would be going above and beyond from the staff to customer I mean really standing above other companies however still feel they served me well

Service was supposed to take 30min to 45 minutes. Has sat there for almost 2 hours waiting before I was told was waiting on oil filter and that staffing issues were causing it to be slow. Almost twice as long as I was told it would take.

all with the store was great. I wanted to get the rebates by having a Big O credit card. I applied for the card, which was not approved right away. It was very difficult to speak to someone to get the issue resolved finally the card was approved. I purchased 3 sets of tires. After the 1st 2 sets I was near my credit limit so I paid the balance in full on Friday. On Monday I purchased the 3rd set. My purchase was declined. The store associate was not able to get thru to the credit card issuer. After about 30 minutes on hold I left the store. I called the credit card company and was told that my payment was On hold - call back tomorrow. I finally resolved the issue by requesting / obtaining a credit limit increase. I was very dissatisfied with the credit card company. I was not treated with respect They acted like I was trying to commit fraud. If I had it to do over again I would not purchase from Big O due to my dissatisfaction with the credit card process and the necessity to use the credit card to get the rebate

Toilet was broken.no it just longer than estimated. I understand that something’s just take long but I am impatient. A time range might have been better estimating about 30 minutes.. or say it should take about 30 minutes but it could be longer if they find something else that expected

I was never spoken to about my oil change, I was never told how much it would cost, usually I get told about my filter etc, but I just got told it was some and that’s that.
