Big O Tires

1st time visit, heard about them on the radio, very happy.

Good product, but for me the trust I have for the person waiting on me is very important. He always has and I imagine he always will win my business because of the trust.

I drove several miles out of my way to go to this Big O location because they always provide exceptional service. I was in and out quickly and I did not feel pressured to spend more than I needed to.

I have purchased tires before from Big O a few years ago and it went well. I like the convenience and the pricing transparency on the website. The service associate was able to help me choose the right tire for my vehicle and driving style, I felt confident in my choice and watched through the service window during the installation process. Installation was handled efficiently and professionally, I was impressed with the technicians. I was on my way in less than 45 minutes start to finish and my car rides like silk, very pleased with my new tires.

Big O is close to my house so anytime I need anything done since I have moved, the pricing, timeliness, and knowledge of staff have kept me coming back even for minor things like needing air in tires. I have always been picky about the places I am willing to take my vehicles to, and Big O has been the best in the area.

I stopped in just to get oil changed and tires rotated guy said it would only take 30 minutes told him i had an errand to run just to call me when it was done. I received a text 20 mins later. Was great service

Walked in with no appointment, was greeted by my first name, Tim asked for the keys and he said it with be done as quickly as possible and about 20 minutes later the job was done and away I went.

I will be away on travel most of that time

They are friendly and more than happy to answer any questions I had. They are quick and give me a good ballpark time range in which I can expect the car to be ready. I will be using this location for my services for now on.
