I have purchased tires and service for both of my vehicles and am very satisfied with BigO Products and services.

I have been coming to Big O for a number of years. I usually speak with Chris who is attentive to my requests and explains any questions knowledgeably. Service is always great. On one other occasion there was a small problem, but it was resolved satisfactorily and professionally. Service is thorough, but I never feel pushed to have unnecessary work done. One of the reasons I no longer take the car to the dealership is because they seem to push and manufacture issues. Thanks for not doing that!

I pulled in with a flat tire and no appointment. The staff took my car in right away and fixed the tire within 15 minutes.

Free tire rotation as I bought tires there new. Also asked to check air filter and reset svc maint. warning light. Both done n/c.

The service Manager Tim, was extremely nice. The other associate, I can't recall his name was very helpful at check in. I was told about how long it would take and the estimate was correct. Great service.

Road hazard is a money saver if you travel alot
