The work was performed in a timely manner and I did not have to make an appointment.

They took care of my problem with an hour.

i've bought 2 sets of tires from Big O , had tires fixed and always had great service.

Had a flat, brought it in, couldn't plug it, showed me why, offered me inexpensive new tires, slapped 'em on, and I was out in under an hour. Friendly service the whole time.

The assistant gave me a 4:00pm schedule and could not get me in because they were covered up he apologized and ask me to return the filling day ,I explained I had to work so he suggested for me to come back any afternoon to get tires rotated.They we’re able to get me in and out in 20 min on a Friday.
