This was my first time bringing in my vehicle to this location, but it was so easy to make an appt and the communication and customer service was great. I brought my car in for an oil change and during that I got a call to get a hole in my tire fixed which I was fine with but for the price and overall experience I will definitely return.

Manager explained specifically what was going on, and the cost. He he also did a car fax on it, found out the breaks were original. I thought this was going beyond what was needed but enjoyed the info for the price I was paying.

Just recently I got an oil change and asked to have my driver door lubricated cause it was making a noise when I opened and closed and to put 40 in my tires air pressure and neither one of those two got done.

The owner is knowledgeable and has nice music that makes the wait enjoyable. Super gentlemen mechanics!

Way better service than all the other shops I been to in the last 2 years.

When visiting this location for several years however was told they don?t participate with coupons anymore my oil change has went from 1999 in the past to $32 range and this past time $43 not interested in going back

The customer service was very well, I was greeted immediately they made me feel very comfortable and they guy was super friendly and explained to me what was going on!

We were passing through Hagerstown, MD when we experienced a major issue with our truck while towing a travel trailer. We arrived at Midas when they opened on a Saturday morning. They didn't hesitate. They got us right in and fixed a major issue with our brakes. They had to replace a frozen brake caliper as well as pads and rotors. A big job that they handled without an appointment. Although it delayed our travels a bit we were able to get back on the road feeling confident that our truck is safe. Great job guys!

The manager explained the entire process to me. On the day I arrived I was greeted, and the work was done to my satisfaction.

I came in needing my pipe on my muffler welded because it rusted out with that my muffler was hanging low and needed tuck up into place! They welded it wrong and the hangers were wrong and now because of their mess up and $455 later my muffler now needs mo

The staff was very friendly and thorough. I was able to make an appointment on pretty short notice and my car was actually ready before I was even able to pick it up.
