Long wait but worth it

We called in a to go order and were told it would take an hour, which seems excessive even on a Saturday night. We only ordered one order of fajitas and a tres leches cake. My sister is gluten free so we asked for corn tortillas as well, but they did not put any in with our order.

To go orders take way to long. I called in my order with plenty of time and still waited 30 minutes for it to be ready. What's the point of calling in advance if it's still going to take so long.
