I was told that because they offer to patch a tire for free that everyone who comes in the door would be before me instead of getting a #in line like everyone else but I didn't get that answer until after 3 hour of sitting there

I had an appt still waited over an hour and a half. No communication at all as I sat there this whole time. I had to ask if my car was finished then it was brought out. They did not go over anything they did or what the charges are for. I was quoted less and did not agree to tire protection. Very dissatisfied.

Vehicle inspection failed. All they wanted was to get me to spend additional money. Next day somewhere else it passed the ubber inspection. I wasted $40 with big o and they lost a customer

Brought my car in for oil change and to get a tire fixed. Tire could not be repaired so a new on was ordered. Paid for oil change & left. When i neared my home, the car started filling with smoke. Parked the car in the garage & opened the hood. Smoke billowed out & a large puddle of oil formed under the car on the floor. Oil also up and down the driveway. Big O sent a tow truck to take the car back to the store. Turns out oil filter was not tightened. Still waiting for Big O to schedule clean up of my garage & driveway. Alex did refund the cost of the oil change. I don't think that's good enough, as my car has oil all over the bottom & I'll probably have a large stain in my garage, which could affect resale value. Extremely dissatisfied with this service.

You can't even get my first name right!! Why come back? We are nothing but a sale to you and then you call me by a different first name? WTH? Spend $484 on some tires that I could have gotten at Sam's cheaper and a better brand name to be sent a survey under another first name! Tells me what I wanted to hear!!! Very doubtful I will be back and I will advise anyone to come there.

Associates need to be better trained on what customer service means. My brakes were making a thumping noise when I picked it up. And all four of my car rims were scratched due to the associates placing them face down on the service floor. Still waiting to hear from management on how this is going to be handled.
