I was told that the regular technician that does the alignments does not work on Mondays, if the person/technician that is working on Mondays does not know how to do alignments correctly, he should not be doing them. I had to bring vehicle back to have it re-aligned, very inconvenient for me because it was not aligned correctly the first time when I had the appointment. Also the customer service rep was going to charge me again for the alignment, because he did not look up the vehicle's records, I paid the first time for your 3 yr warranty alignment

I asked them to put air in my tires and they didn’t. I had to ask and then stay and wait longer for them to do it. They also did not reset my oil change indicator light and I had to stay longer and ask them to reset it.

Wanted balance and rotation and was told it would be over an hour. Actually almost 2.5 hours. I would have gotten an oil change but I didn’t want to wait any longer.

Keep appointed times, Customers also have schedules to keep that’s why a customer would schedule a first thing in the morning appointment

Left bolts out of the under carriage cover. Most of it was laying on the ground making it impossible for me to drive. My daughter took it to have the oil change. I noticed when I got home from work. Very difficult to lay on hot pavement and get under my vehicle to take it off. If they forgot to put all those bolts in what else did they forget.

I brought my van in for a front end alignment and balance. Later that day I picked up my van and drove home. The next day my tire felt like it was hitting against something. I took my van back to Big O. Big O called and said they made a mistake and messed up the wheel bearing. Later they called and said that I needed new brakes and rotors. My husband decided to let them replace it since we had a lot going on. The next day Big O called 5 minutes before closing and said my calipers were bad. They said when they drove it that it started smoking. My husband went in the next morning and asked to see the brake pads and rotors. They did need to be replaced. He told them that he wanted to drive my van home to check it over. After he looked it over he figured out that the calipers were NOT bad and that Big O had misplaced the balance weight which caused it to hit into the caliper. If it had not been for my husband looking into this situation, Big O would have cost me around $900 that wasn't necessary. In the end Big O did take off some money for the services they did. The guys at the front desk were great! I will not be back at this Big O.
