Waiting for the hours was very long. I had to go ask what was taking so long instead of someone informing us.

This took almost 4 hours to put 4 tires in balance and check alignment. I was initially told a hour. No update given. I went on website and thry had two appointments for 3 pm open I got there at 2:30 and would think a hour would be good for this

Told advisor I wanted Mastercraft tires to be put on to match fronts, instead got Chinese Crosswinds. No communication on brand change, I understand it was a company vehicle managed by lease plan, maybe you communicated with them. If they will approve BFG ATs on another vehicle, they would have approved mastercrafts. Someone shot themselves in the foot on a sale by sending in a quote on the crosswinds. Now i cant wait for them to wear out so i can get something different.

My wife brought the car in on Friday 18 March at around 1 PM. She told the technician that the tire had leaked down and asked that they put air in and check it for problems. After a short wait, she was told to drive it around back. She waited and after a short time she was told “they didn’t see anything wrong with it” and was sent on her way. We came out the next day to use the car and the tire had leaked down to completely flat. We could not get the car there on Saturday. On Sunday I made an appointment online for the repair. Monday morning I received a voice mail telling me that the store did not take appointments for tire repair. I took the car in anyway because the store was close enough to air up the tire and not have it leak down again. I left the car there. A couple of hours later I was called and told that the tire had “dry rotted in just that one spot”. I am not an expert but I do not accept that diagnosis. This car is a daily driver and Michelin tires simply don’t dry rot. I believe the initial visit was done in a shoddy fashion leading to more damage to the tire. This allowed the store to sell me a new tire for $262. I will not be back.

Improved troubleshooting capability? The suspension noise in my Forester was attributed to the front struts, but it was still there after new struts were installed. Next guess (?) is a front axle CV joint. I probably did need new struts after 132k miles but I’m not confident that they have now pinpointed the actual source.

I had a 10:00 appointment scheduled for just a simple oil change, took over 90 minutes to complete this. After 75 minutes I had to go up & ask about how much longer it would be. For a brand new location, things need to be running quicker & communication needs to be better.

Mechanic did not show up to work on time. After waiting an hour I asked if he had arrived yet. At that time he finally pulled my car in and it sat for another 30 minutes or so in the bay. I was just there to have my brakes checked but I was there for 2 hours. I was second in line and at the store when it opened. The techs were wandering around the bay quite a bit never focusing on just one vehicle. They seemed to jump around quite a bit. It seemed very unorganized. As for the woman first in line well they couldn’t find her tires that she had ordered. The tires were finally found and she was still there when I left though she got there first.

The person that checked me in could not really tell me how long it would take. He did give me a 1 hour estimate. He knew I was waiting. It took an hour and a half. The person that checked me out did try to keep me informed but it was not until I was a hour and 20 minutes it. There was only 1 car in front of mine that was being done. I could have gone to one in Jeff that does a bunch and gotten it in 1 1/2 hours. I came here because I was hoping I could get it done quicker since it did not have near the volume at the one I usually go to in Jeffersonville. I also did not like that they could not get my maintemamce records from the other Big O that I usually get my vehicles done at and will likely gl back there.

Took 3 hrs to change one tire. I wasn’t necessarily quoted a time but it was very oh just one person ahead and you’ll be done. Check in process took 30 min bc the phone kept getting answered and dealt with before me. The cap on the new tire wasn’t there either so I’ll have to go back for that too.

You have one manager the is excellent with customers, another should NOT be a manager with the attitude he has. In my opinion, just not a "people person"
