dysappointed my rv/horse trailer tires were made in China

Good experience overall. I would have liked to been able to sit down sooner while waiting. It did take about 2 hrs I think. I had to wait until someone got up before I could sit down. Social distancing makes it difficult to sit next to others.

I was told 1 hour for a tire rotation and alignment, it took 4.5 hours. The salesman did offer a discount, but that was way too long to wait.

Took 2 1/2 days to put the tires on. Tires did not come in when the manager expected them to.

I had a nail in my tire. Left the car for repair. The only negative was the air pressure on the repaired tire was at 37 pounds while the other tires were at 31 and 32. I let some air out at home. Nothing major.

Guys working on truck need to hurry up and not visit with other employees

Store had only been open 2 weeks, staff was still a little unfamiliar with operation of the business.

The tires where not properly balanced on install had to take back and tell them something was wrong.

If I had been informed that the wait would be an hour for an air filter i never would have bought it. Terrible up-sell. oil change was 20 minutes.

My only complaint was waiting over 2 hours for my car to be serviced despite having scheduled an appointment. I didn't have the option of leaving the store, so I waited a total of three hours while my car was serviced. I did a discount however.
