Big O Tires

The wait was longer than expected. I called ahead to get an appointment but they said they did not take appointments. They told me the wait was about 30 minutes but it was about 1.5 hours!

I'm satisfied with my alignment but most likely will bring truck back to get the steering wheel straight, it's off a few degrees.

Because nobody is perfect so that's why I was just satisfied or gave them the rating of nine

I had paid for an alignment and two tires when I scheduled my service. The day of the service an associate called saying I needed an alignment, which I informed him that it was already scheduled and paid for. It was on the paperwork when I scheduled it and I also wrote it on the key drop off form. Maybe someone should read the paperwork before calling the customer.

Long wait time due to lack of emploies.

Would like to have windshield sticker which they don’t put on

Initially wanted an oil change, filter and tire rotation. Told I could not make an appointment for this service but if I got there when then opened (8:00 am) I should be able to get taken care of. Was 2nd in line to check in but it was over 90 min before my service was started. Seemed like this service was given a low priority and was not told it would be that long before service since I was waiting there. Ended up having additional work done at service tech's recommendation (brakes work), so I left vehicle and picked it up 3-4 hours later.

Great communication, clean and I was shown what new tires would be before they were put on

The actual price was higher than what what quoted online. The wait was longer than anticipated. I feel like alignment should be provided when purchasing new tires, not an additional cost.

Appt was for 9, but did not pull the car in until almost 10. After tires installed, it sat again for another 45 minutes before the alignment checked. The manager had to go back himself and pull the order off the wall and drive the car into the bay. In total, I was there 3 hours to get new tires and alignment.
