Big O Tires

We agreed appointment for 9 a.m they waited until later to compete my car and never called me to alert -= Ready .. I had to call them twice .. and they stayed after hours to accept payment What is the purpose of scheduling and the recover was grumpy upon arrival

Price very high, purchased with Big-O, because did not have time to purchase parts myself and install

They could not do a front end alignment or in the back. There is two frozen bolts they could get loose to do it...one in the front and one in the back. They didn't want to break it loose and take a chance of messing up the bolts and not being able to find a replacement on a Saturday to finish the alignment. I just hope it doesn't affect my new tires I just paid $1000 dollars for.

Tires reveled low on my dash board. Whoever installed forgot to reset on the low tire indicator which was the reason I bought new tires from Big O. I knew the tire Neil Huffman fixed was leaking

I was told on the phone the wait time was 45 minutes. I went there right away and was told 1 hour. The time I waited for a tire rotation and balance was over 2 hours. I was trying to fit it in after dropping off my kids for a 2 hour practice. I had to ask someone else to pick them up because it was 1/2 hour after their practice ended. Also I sat outside while it rained because the store was cold.

Tires are so expensive!

It has nothing to do with the Big O tires branch... I live outside of Chicago over 5 hours away from this location.

I was highly satisfied with everything but how long it took to get my vehicle back and worked on. They did an amazing job and it was worth the wait:)

They did not call me that they did not get to my truck or that the job was complete on Friday. When they told me that yeah we should be able to look at it Friday when I dropped it off at 11:xx a.m

Firstly, I called to get an appointment (because my time is valuable too) and was told they don’t take them. They said just to come in and it would take about 30 minutes. It took about 1.5 hours.
