Big O Tires

Brakes needed to be re-done after only 5-6 months ( 2 yr warranty). Doed the warranty start over from 04/08/2024 or is it from original installation date of 09/01/2023? I think it should be changed to 04/08/2024, installation date of the new brakes

I always come here. I like coming here compared to the other Big O shops I have been too.

Fixed leak in tire. This is the 2nd or 3rd time to have a leak checked. Determined the valve stem was leaking and fixed it this time.

All my questions and needs were met. As long as everything stays good with the repairs. This location was highly recommended to me.

Had an appiontment and it took 45+ min to start to put tires on vehicle. Took more than 2 hours for tire change and allignment when I had an appointment schedued.

The online tire options were extremely different than the 2 options and prices I was given. The online price there was a $91.99 and a $187.99 that was not at the store. Only available was what I paid over $250 and MORE EXPENSIVE. I should have left to find a more reasonable price especially when he told me I needed 2 but with those prices I was scraping to get that.

Fine experience

Took over 6 hours Could not schedule the oil change, only the tire appointment

Dropped vehicle off on a Saturday morning around 8:30 for an oil change and tire repair (Nail). I was told it was extremely busy and it would be 2.5 hours, left my # and returned home. After three hours I attempted to call 3 times over a 30 minute period and was always directed to a recording to call back later. At 11:45 I returned to the store and no work had been done to my vehicle. The counter person was very apologetic and they began work on my car and completed everything in about 45 minutes. I was given a 15% discount due to the wait. The situation was handled very well by the employee but the lack of communication and inability to reach the store on the phone was frustrating as it caused my daughter to be late for an appointment.

It was extremely easy to schedule an appointment. The product I received was great. I waited 90 minutes past my appointment time before my vehicle was looked at and I was given very little updates. So I just sat without word about when my services would be completed.
