The service I received went above my customer service hopes. Each person on the team that helped me was so kind & easy to communicate my needs with. The timing to take care of my tire situation was such an impressive turn around. I’ll for sure bring my future needs to this location, thanks guys for all your help!

Realized I was due for a tire rotation and was close to the store and on a whim stopped in to see if they could work me in. They took me immediately and the work was completed in short time. The personnel were very friendly and caring.

I walked in and didn’t have an appt but they were mire than happy to serve me. I knew I had a nail in my tire but ended up having 2 nails in my tire. I purchAsed 2 new tires and they were very nice to work with during the process.

This was a new Big O to the area. I am a huge advocate for keeping it local. Chris & Alex exceeded my expectations on service and capabilities. The new location is amazing.

I stood near the counter 10 minutes before someone help me.

I wasn’t really impressed with the front staff professionalism. I felt like they were just kinda indifferent to us customers. They did communicate what I needed.

When my wife brought the vehicle home there was a rattle. When I examined the trunk I found the spare tire was just placed in the well but they did not secure it with the bolt. Instead they placed the bolt in the corner of the trunk.

Well it was a shock to find out how much the battery cost, it wasn't the employees just the fact it was soooo expensive

Tires were overinflated and not adjusted to specs.
