I called about my tire squealing and Alex got me in real quick, even though it was 15 minutes to closing. When I got there, he got my vehicle to the back very quick and got my paperwork started. In between all that, he was very friendly. I liked that the employees were joking with each other! I ended up not needing anything for my vehicle, but they were great either way! Thank you!

Clean, polite, professional, gave me all my options, showed/educated me on tires. I came in prepared to make a purchase. Big O, Alex and Chris patched a tire , rebalanced. Done quickly. Handed me a clean truck. No charges.
