Alex went above and beyond to get our Infinity QX56 serviced and back on the road for our vacation. The lug nuts provided by Nissan were damaged and unusable.. Alex went way beyond the call of duty to find new parts and service our vehicle. This man deserves a raise and a commendation for sure.
