Went in to see why my one tire kept slowly losing pressure. After some time they came back and said that it was a nail, they fixed it, and I'm all set to go. Didn't cost me a dime. Given how my morning was going, that really surprised me and brightened up my day.

Alex is always a pleasure and so is Cory. They definitely are good guys and know their job.

This location offers great service, they are very proficional and friendly, I took my 2019 infiniti QX50 for flat tired and TPMS message warning and thet fixed both for free 😀 when I co tact the louisville Infiniti dealer the were going to charge me $30.00 just to reset the TPMS warning message. I strongly recommend Big O tires to all my friends and family and anybody looking g for great service. Thanks big o tires

Helpful and friendly staff

I was experiencing the frustration of a car that would only start intermittently, even after purchasing a new battery. After calling multiple dealerships and other car maintenance businesses, I took a chance and stopped in at Big O tires. Even though they looked to be extremely busy, they at the desk said they could absolutely run diagnostics on my car. They did that and it showed everything was working correctly. I then took the car home, where my son in law discovered the glove compartment light was staying on even when closed and draining my battery. I feel like the help and honesty of Big O Employees saved me a lot of money. I had been told by someone at Pep Boys that it was the alternator and it would cost $850! Thanks Big O!!!!
