The men working with me to explain tire products and alignment offers knew their business very well. Even with employees out due to illness, all work was completed very thoroughly and in good time.

I came in without an appointment with a nail in my tire, first time at this location. It was clean and pleasant and only took about an hour to fix, they were short handed but handled great

Eli did a thorough inspection on my vehicle and did an amazing job at explaining what he found in the inspection. I felt I understood what he explained.

I appreciated that once the mechanic was inside my son’s vehicle and further assessed the brake pads, he did not replace all 4 as originally planned He decided they didn’t need to be changed. This cut the price in half and the honesty was fantastic.

The tires that I wanted were available the next day, and it was easy to schedule an appointment for installation. Pricing for the product and services was explained beforehand.

Fast, curtious and good work

I visited this Big O location because I trust Cory Fulton with anything related to cars. It's a little out of my way, but it's worth a trip to do business with a person you can count on.

Came in on a spare and needed a new tire. They checked everything out and fixed it within a timely manner. Great costumer service and friendly employees.

Cory was very knowledgeable and professional about the products he assisted me with. I came in for new tires and brakes and he walked me through several different options as well as setting up a business account with the company! I was very pleased with him and the customer service he provided. Will be returning to him for future purchases!
