Big O Tires

They ordered the headlight I needed told me the price had it delivered in 30 minutes had it installed in 10 minutes and did not change me for labor. They were more interested in getting me safely back on the road than making money off me. For that reason I will return to them for any future service needs I may have. Thanks Big o tires

This will be long , I’m a widow I’m over 65 still teaching so I’m the stereo type that gets taken advantage of everyday . I came into the store after school got an oil change cause it was due and I was going out of town as well . While my car was still on the rack the service came and advised me that my brakes were less than 10% life left . Again, I was worried cause I needed them replaced before my trip as well and the manager assured me that they would be able to replace them . The manager set up my appointment once again after work and even ordered the parts so I’d be ready to get started when I arrive the next day . They double checked my lug nuts and rotated my tires checked them to see if the thread was still good . I could not have been more satisfied with my service , their ability to get the job done quickly and I was explained that needed to be done and given a very fair price on top of that even with a teachers discount!!! I feel safe to drive over the mountains to NC and back to Indiana . That’s what important is caring about your customers and especially us old folks !!!

Very helpful staff who assessed the problem quickly and fixed the repair timely. I was going on a trip out of town so it was very important to get my tire fixed before my trip and it gave me peace of mind.

Ordered tires . I was advised and appointment was schedule next day . They were fight on top of the whole process and it was done in a friendly and expedient manner

On arrival my tire options were presented to me and they took my car right away. Service was timely and all aspects of the process were explained while I was there. Tire pressure sensors, alignment, etc. Big O service is why I go there. I could get tires anywhere...it's the service that makes me a Big O customer.
