Big O Tires

I have used Big O for years, but I had bad service at the Jeffersonville location and I switched to a competitor (which was even worse service). I had seen this location on my drives and I decided to stop in and check out the shop. The employees were very respectful and the shop was clean. Due to the good vibe I decided to give Big O my business again. This visit was probably the best experience I’ve ever had at Big O. I am so happy that I found a great Big O location.

The crew was friendly and helpful. The first day I went in the gentleman helped me pick out a good tire I could order for my Jeep that would give me trail traction but also be a smooth ride on the road. Install day was easy. I dropped it off and got a call in a few hours it was ready to pick up.

No appointment, they worked me in and took care of mounting a tire for me

This location should be the gold standard for Big O. Extremely satisfied and I will be back for future service.

Great service

I had low tire pressure in one tire. I called within 5 minutes from the store to ask if they could check it out. Chris Brodas(spelling?), responded - he was exceptionally understanding and welcoming. After waiting a little while (1 1/2 hours) my Tesla - which is a pain to set up and lift) was ready. No charge for a flat. I couldn’t believe it! I would love to offer pizza or something for the team! Outstanding service!

I needed one tpms replaced, and a plastic panel removed from the underside of my vehicle. They checked all 4 sensors and let me know that two had low batteries and one was unresponsive so they double checked with me if I wanted all three fixed or just the one. They removed the panel and asked if I wanted to keep it or let them toss it. They even aired up my tires for me.

Needed tire repair. Scheduled online. Received immediate call that first come first served for tire repair, and informed wait time minimal. Arrived and was immediately serviced for tire repair. No charges assessed for repair. Manager Cory extremely nice/professional. He communicated the entire process to me and was very helpful and kind. Great experience and I will recommend to all my friends. I will return.
