Big O Tires

My tire needed repairs and the service contact was helpful and friendly.

They take care of my auto needs by checking every aspect of the car hit me . I’m a widow and I have to have trust and assurance that the job will be good correctly and only the job I need to be done . No surprises just honest help .

I scheduled to buy and have new tires installed with Big O. They called to tell me the tires I chose would take some time to arrive but there were other options if I wanted. After providing options based on my requirements, they clearly stated any differences and got me scheduled. I received an additional call when my tires arrived. On the day of service I was asked if there were any further needs and given suggested options. My services were completed professionally and in a timely manner.

I was able to drop my car off before work and was taken to work then picked up after my shift. It was a very nice experience.
