I get free air anytime I need it, and the employees are always quick and friendly. Any time I need anything they sell, I use them. In the past I have purchased batteries and tires. They have also sent a wheel out to have it repaired. When I blew a tire Friday, I called Hoosier Motor and had the wrecker take it to Big O. Cody said I could get a tire Monday or a matching tire Wednesday. I chose a matching tire. He call me Tuesday, said they got the tire, and my car was finished.

I just came in to have a low tire repaired on my wife's car and it was repaired very quickly and at no charge to me. I never purchased the tires from Big O and was treated like I was a regular customer. I was so impressed with the service and store policy on tire repairs I told my wife to take her car there for anything she needed done in the future.. Thank you Big O you are very much appreciated.

Fair priced for the market we are in. Salesman called me about other issues, but did not pressure me to fix. Tires I wanted were in stock.

I have used Big O Tires since 1998, but I started going somewhere else as I had terrible service at the Jeffersonville location. I then found this newly built location in Sellersburg and decided to give Big O Tires another chance. The staff is very friendly, the shop is clean, and they don’t try to get me to complete $1,000 in repairs every time. Great service with this location so please keep up the amazing work!
