Friendly and fast

Staff was very friendly and explained thangs very clearly. even offered to inspect the wheel alignment and waive any service fees if all things checked out. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for automotive service.

Brought a car in with a slow leak on a time/nail probbly. Was told my perelli tire could not be repaired and I needed to buy a new time. I've never heard this before for a slow leak. Felt as though as was being upsold. Did not purchase a new tire.

They are always so friendly at this location. They do a wonderful job.

Had a flat tire and drove to Big O 20 minutes before closing time. We received great customer service even though we kept them past their closing time.(50min). We highly recommend this location and will definitely use them in the future because of the treatment we received! We drove off with 4 new tires and a front end alignment that was all needed!! Can’t thank them enough for taking care of us

The staff at this location and the other I frequent are always friendly and helpful. They explain everything very well. I do not feel jerked around here like I do at other businesses.

I scheduled my appointment and got in the next day for a tire change. The tire I originally ordered was out of stock, but the associate found a better tire and price for me. They got my car finished fast on a Saturday which was very nice. The staff was friendly and waiting area was clean.

This is the second time we have had the occasion to visit this location. We were very satisfied with the technicians who advised us and the work that was done on our vehicles. Thank you for your attention to detail and getting us back on the road.
