Big O Tires

I brought in a lawn and garden tire. At first they weren’t sure if they could mount it on my new rim and then they looked and were able to. I appreciate the two gentlemen making the extra effort in a customer service climate where it seems saying no is easier nowadays. They chose to help me when they necessarily didn’t have to and that is why I continue to bring my companies business to the Sellersburg, In location. Thank you all

Came in for a flat repair drop my truck off and couldn’t get it till next day they made sure to take care of my flat and also found another repair that was needed on the other tire

I was very impressed by the professionalism and communication of the entire team. Everyone was incredibly polite and greeted me throughout my visit. I was also appreciative that the sales representative took the time to explain and educate me on the service completed. 10 out of 10

Everytime I go to this location they communicate well with me about why I am there and what they can do for me. They check everything I ask and more and let me know when I have asked for something to be done that isn’t needed yet. I went in to have my brake pads replaced because the last dealer service I had recommended having it done. BigO asked if I was having any issues with specific examples. When I said no, they told me after about 2 more oil changes I should bring it back and have them check again. So not only did they help me avoid spending money I didn’t need to spend, they told me about how long I would have before I would need to recheck.

Jenae knew a lot about the life of my tires and recommended the best service for them. She also could tell other things that were wrong with the vehicle just by looking at the tires.

Corey took very good care of me and made sure to let me know when they had a opening available. When I got there he had my car taken back quickly and it was done within no time at all.
