It is close to home. These guys are as good as could be expected. Professional, not sales pushy and follow through with great service. I even got a text to remind me of our appointment. We've used them several times to buy tires and get other service, always great. They even helped me with a frustrating front tire tube on my zturn mower. It's really nice to have a shop so close to the house with such good service. They seem to stay busy. We're happy with BigO Sellersburg.

The guys were very clear and concise with my tire purchase. Both Cory and Alex kept me informed throughout the process. I appreciate their transparency of what they were doing and the time that it would take to get it completed.

Service was done well and thoroughly. Staff was friendly and accommodating of myself and my 16 month old! Being kept in the loop of the work progress and knowledge/ability to help a non car minded person make important decisions put my mind at ease for such a large investment purchase. Peace of mind is hard to come by these days and Big O gave me that today!

Cory, Chris and the technicians are all very nice and very well trained and Cory and Chris have great Customer Service Skills and great personalities to work with people. I definitely, would recommend the Sellersburg Big O to all my friends and family. I definitely will be returning to have my brakes done in the next few months.

I've been a long time customer of Big O Tires and I know how hard the folks work here. Today I brought my SUV to their Sellersburg branch and I had the pleasure of meeting Chris M and Cory F. They gave me a very detailed analysis, that most anyone could understand, about the required repair to my vehicle. They offered me multiple ways to correct the issues and to save me money. Yes, they are interested in you as a person not just $$$. Please remember, the people that work here are as human as we are. They work through the issues to get the best outcome available for you. At the end of the day, all we hope for is to have the best people we can find, to help us get where we need to be. The customer service, condition of the store, kept my car clean with no finger prints. Took my car in right away, no waiting. The price was great.

Very friendly and knowledgeable. Dropped off my tire for repair. Received a phone call when everything was complete. I had no idea that tire repairs were free at Big O. I’ll definitely be back for my next tire purchase. This was a great store!
