I came in with a few things wrong with my car to be investigated, and prepared to pay a fair price to do so and got some rough prices on some of the various scenarios of how that would play out. In the end, they could not fix the main primary issue I was having, but we knew that was a possibility. However, they also told me I didn't need most of the other maintenance we expected to need at this point, and the end result is a very happy customer.
