Big O Tires

I went in for a tire repair. There was a screw in my tire. I was politely greeted, checked in, and told to have a seat because they would get to it quickly. They certainly did! I was there about fifteen minutes. I have used Big O many times in the past, and I will start using this location whenever possible!

They have the best customer service! They kept me updated on my vehicle.

I needed six trailer tires before driving to Tennessee today afternoon. Chris said drop it off and we will have you done in 40 mins. It was almost 40 minutes on the nose in and out. Made it to Tennessee and back with no problem. Can’t thank the guys enough

I came in for low air check. Not only did Big O staff find the problem (which had been going on for more than a year) they were able to assist in correcting the problem that I had had to go to multiple shops almost weekly, to put air in my tires and the shops would repeatedly tell me it was the weather.
