I came in because my son referred me to there and I had used a Big O many years ago and I was very happy with the service. I came in because there was a screw in my tire on a rental. Although they couldn't do anything because of the area of the screw, the only recourse was to replace the tire. It was a rental and they didn't want to chance not being paid again by the rental company and I was going to expect them to go through them again I said I'll deal with it myself. They were very professional and kind. I was not charged and was treated promptly and kindly. Thank you very much!
