I scheduled an appointment for tires, alignment, and brake inspection, very honest with me and only sold me the tires most places would have done everything even if I didn't need

Alex was extremely courteous and patient in explaining all the additional things, not just about the tires. The tires had to be ordered, and they were there on time and everything was done efficiently.

Very satisfied with everything. Dropped by because problem with current tire. Got quotes on 4 different sets of tires. The Big O Legacy we chosse was not in store but they found them nearby, went and pick them up brought them back. We waited while the tires were put on, then alignment needed. Explain everything in plain language - gave us options. Extremely satisfied. Very happy we went there.
