I believe the front desk guy's name was Corey, he was very nice and honest with what the issue was with my car any why it was making a noise. He did his best to explain what they were doing, how to can approach the fix, how much it was going to be, etc. He also let the mechanic speak to me after the job was done.

The staff was helpful, friendly, and respectful. And I trust the folks at Big O to take care of me. With this visit for an oil change, they let me know how low the treads were on my tires. So I had them replaced and another small, recommended repair while I was there.

I was welcomed immediately by a worker named Travis Sorg he was very professional and helped me right way. He was able to set up an appointment for my oil change and I didn’t have to wait long. He also noticed I needed new tires and showed me different types and recommended/ advised that I need new ones soon. I’ll definitely be back due to how kind and professional everyone was and how fast if service.
