Big O Tires

As a single female it is often hard to receive adequate services in regards to cars, home repair, etc. All of the staff spoke to me like a human, explained my options and even showed me pictures of the damage to my tire to verify that I actually did need to purchase a new one instead of trying to patch the damaged tire. More than one associate helped explained the cost and how to keep the cost as low as possible (which I appreciate!). The waiting room had coffee and the bathrooms were extremely clean. I did not have an appointment and walked in 1.5 hours before close on a busy Saturday. I still received a warm welcome and quick services. I will be back based on my positive interactions!

I received quick and friendly service. I was a “walk-in” and was very pleased with how everything was handled.

Timothy greeted me promptly. Listened to my issue. Told me what to expect and fixed as promised. He was still pleasant when I picked up the vehicle. Great experience.

Quick and easy repair

I was satisfied because the people there are very friendly and tell you like it is. I feel like since I'm a woman I can trust them to not take advantage of me like other places have.(telling me I need something done, that I really did not have to have done.) BigO has never done that. I know that when they tell me I need something else done, I can take them at their word. Even on this visit I was told why my engine light was staying on, the guy explained it all to me and that at this time i could wait to have it fix, but keep an eye on it.Also I have been a BigO customer for over 41 years.With that being said they are doing something right or I won't keep coming back. Thank you BigO!!!

Location was great at communicating availability as well as relaying all services that were optional.

Dropped off vehicle Sunday night with no appointment. They called and gave recommendations very early and quickly had the car ready for pick up. I was very surprised how quickly they had the job completed for me.
