Very easy and straightforward. Also no charge for plugging the tire and mounting it.

Time to get the service done was less than I expected.

Car had a P2119 code while I was visiting some family in So. Indiana. Mechanic was able to get to it a day before my scheduled appt. very thankful that it was done so quickly. I'm from out of state.

We’ll run business. Got in, got problem fixed got out all in me day for a much more reasonable price than Chevy dealer was charging. I appreciate honesty and felt like I get it at Big O.

Very nice man helped me and I was not charged for removing a screw from my tire and repairs made. I wanted to pay but they wouldn't allow it. I wrote a very positive message about my experience on Facebook.

Amazing customer service, clear communication with me about the condition of my tires as well as recommendations and how soon to change tires and how soon and price of new tires. Staff answered all of my questions and Corey was extremely professional and polite and knowledgeable

I had a great experience at the Sellersburg Big O location. I brought my car in due to knowing I needed an oil change and alignment, but also knowing something else might need worked on. I explained what was going on. The guys were super nice, explained things to me, and did not make me feel pressured into any decisions. I will definitely be using this location for my future services.
