The sales associate didn't greet me,telling what charms were in store instead of taking the time to show me i wasn't sure what i wanted nor act as though she wanted to assit me very rude and once i got the manager involved she went to back didn't even apologize for her rudeness

Drove 30 min to the store to be told cannot return online items. Called the same store an hour later to ask if I could and they said yes. Go back to store told I can't. I ordered 3 items. A bracelet and two charms. One charm didn't fit and the other charm didn't arrive. The bracelet was too small also.

I never said I was dissatisfied I really enjoyed the store it was very friendly and my sales associate was very knowledgeable with a great amount of patients, And management was very friendly also. I will recommend the store to family and friends.

Bad customer service

I received an email birthday coupon. The manager stated they couldn’t enter alphabetic keys on the register Inly numerical codes. Therefore I wasn’t able to use my 10% birthday coupon: which I would have saved $27.

The reason that I was not satisfied with my visit to this store was the fact that I traveled over 150 miles to get the wrong charm. I asked for a Mickey Mouse charm and was given a Minnie Mouse charm. The receipt is for a Mickey Mouse charm and not a Minnie Mouse charm and it could be a problem when I try to exchange it for the Mickey Mouse charm. Also I only have 30 days to return an item that I received in error is ridiculous, and the fact that I have to travel 150 miles round trip to get to the closest Pandora store is frustrating to me.

The manager that night was very rude and impatient. Jared however in the store at Augusta mall was great. Great customer service but you can tell for the managers actions he’s disliked in the store

Was asked if I was going to buy something while I was browsing. Felt rushed out of the store.
