I was with a party all who had separate checks there was a 20% gratuity HAND WRITTEN at the bottom of my check this is highly illegal as of jan 1 2014 we had brought it to the manager attention who stated that that's the way it is !! WOOPS wrong answer......what you don't know is that that party was mostly made up of government IRS auditors and agents..............WOOPS!!!!!! Guess who is next in line for a visit?
